Intake Availability

Because space is limited, intake depends on each parrot’s species, health, and personal circumstances. If you’re experiencing behavior challenges or uncertainty about your bird’s care, we encourage you to contact us before surrendering. Our team offers compassionate guidance, education, and behavior support to help you and your parrot stay together whenever possible.

When a parrot joins KiKi’s Legacy Parrot Foundation, we take the time to help them heal, build trust, and discover joy. Through our foster-to-adopt program, we thoughtfully match each bird with a loving family that fits their personality and needs. Often, it is the parrot who makes the choice.

Our Mission

We’re a 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue dedicated to rehabilitating and rehoming large companion parrots. Each bird receives a complete veterinary check with Dr. Moe at All Hearts Animal Hospital, including bloodwork, x-rays, and a thorough wellness exam. A microchip is placed during the exam.

Our goal is simple: to help every parrot thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually as they prepare for their next loving home.
